Managing Director

Mary’s career spans over 30 years in the advertising industry. She was VP Caribbean (Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Tobago), at a leading international advertising agency for over 18 years and brings management and internationally proven disciplines to The BUZZ.

Mary holds an Executive MBA and is certified by the TavistockInstitute of Human Relations UK in Change Consulting and Dynamics at Board level. She is the Founder/CEO of The ADHD Foundation of Trinidad and Tobago a non-profit organization.

Simone Jacelon

Simone Jacelon

Chief Creative Officer

Simone is an experienced professional with responsibility for the overall quality of the creative product and has overseen development of numerous award-winning campaigns. Strong in conceptual development, art direction and digital media, she is one of the rare creatives who also has an affinity for clients’ marketing issues.

Simone is on the board of various charities including one of which she founded, Missing Solace, a pregnancy loss support organisation.

Jason Stedman

Chief Innovation Officer

With his background as a Creative Director Jason has a solid grasp of strategic issues, creative concepts and innovative ideas which drive brand success. In addition to knowledge and training in a variety of brand-building and creativity generation methods and techniques, he holds a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication and BSc in Computer Science.

Jason is an active member and past Board Member of the Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute.
